I’ve designed just eight of these sweet Vintage Quilt Bags to celebrate this delightful quilt top. I loved the playful, colorful whimsy of this quilt and wanted to redesign it into a modern accessory. This tote adds a powerful pop of color and pattern to any wardrobe. Made with vintage quilt tops; gorgeous selvedge cotton denim handles, lining, and bottom; and constructed with 100% cotton thread. The denim lining and handles make it quite sturdy while the vintage quilt makes it playful too. Each bag has one, wide, generous interior pocket for phone, keys, wallet, or trinkets. These colorful handbags are my attempt to make beautiful things that are also sustainable with a high-focus on handcraft alongside utility. At the widest points, laid flat, excluding handles, the bags measure approximately 18”x 18”. Something joyful to add a spring in your step this winter.
